It may be surprising that there many magic spells are linger today, especially regarding the purchase and sale of homes. Although there is still a brisk trade in spells to help you find love and cure warts, there are also a lot to choose from in buying a home, even if it’s through a foreclosure auction sale. Most of these spells can be modified to meet your needs or religious beliefs.

St. Joseph’s Spell

Most people looking to get out of a looming foreclosure auction sale opt to sell the home before the proceedings are complete. Yes, this still means you lose your home but it eliminates a lot of further debt and struggle that would be created by foreclosure. Since St. Joseph is the Catholic saint associated with home life, many believe that burying his figurine in the ground head down will attract appropriate buyers to the home quickly, so you might humor the theory if you want to sell your home before it is foreclosed. 

It is believed that St. Joseph will go to work finding you a buyer if you just pray to him, anoint him with oil, or perhaps slide some money to charity. In order to get the Saint to help you in your foreclosure auction sale problems, you need to be sincere and you need to be looking for another place to live. No one can completely do the work for you, not even a saint.

Sigil

If you are on the other end of the foreclosure auction sale deal, you are looking to come out the winning bidder.  It is believed that something called sigils could guarantee an outcome in your favor. Sigils have been used for centuries for just about anything you want. Sigils are believed to bring good luck in much the same manner as good luck charms like rabbit foots.

You essentially are seen as the source of electricity flowing into the sigil since you must make it yourself. If nothing else, these could be used as a distraction while anxiously awaiting the government foreclosure auction looming in your future.

If you have a particular foreclosure auction sale in mind, you can make sigil by drawing a symbol of that home.  Make this symbol in any way you like out of any materials you like. It can be as simple markers and construction paper. Keep your sigil close at hand when you go to the foreclosure auction sale and store it in the meantime along with any paperwork for the property. If your bid is to be placed over the phone, then hold it while doing so.
